Honor Day & 5th Grade Graduation
Please join us for Honor Day and 5th Grade Graduation on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. In addition to the 5th Grade ceremony, we will also recognize students who participated in Spell Bowl, Math Bowl, Student Council, etc. Also, we will acknowlege those who made the Honor Roll, had Perfect Attendance, and were chosen Students of the Week. Various other awards will also be given out at this time. We hope to see you on May 23rd at 1:00!

Immunization info for current 5th graders
Indiana law requires all incoming 6th graders (for 2012-2013 school year) to have 3 additional vaccines: Tdap, meningitis and a 2nd chickenpox (unless the child had the actual disease). These can be given upon turning age 11. Please think about obtaining these for your student this spring to avoid appointment delays in the summer just before the start of school. Thanks for your consideration!
Third Grade IREAD-3 Information
The IREAD-3 will be given in March to all 2011-2012 third grade students. All 3rd graders are required to pass the IREAD-3 to advance to 4th grade. Tardy or Absent Procedures
For the safety and well-being of our students, we ask that you please call the attendance hotline by 8 a.m. if your child will be absent or tardy for any reason. The attendance line is available 24/7 for your convenience...you may call as soon as you know of an absence or tardy anytime prior to that date. (While its always a good idea to communicate absences with your child's teacher, he or she is not responsible for informing the nurse of the absence.) We appreciate your cooperation!

Book Rental Fees for 2011-2012
Textbook Rental Fees are due now...the fees for the 2011-2012 school year are:
3rd Grade: $110.00
4th Grade: $101.00
5th Grade: $101.00
Please pay your student's book rental by the first day of school (8/17/11). If you would like to set up a payment plan for the year, please stop in the office or call us at 994-2000.
